Do you have any policy about responding to students with anaphylactic latex allergies?

Are there standards for stocking providers with latex free equipment?

I have a student with a severe latex allergy and she can become anaphylactic around balloons. Our college is too small to have it’s own EMS, I am searching for information to share with the community ambulance service.
