I rode the bike pickup vehicle in Barbados rather than sit on those seats- some are worse than others. Actually at the time I had a lingering hamstring problem that would have been reactivated by the pressure of the seats.
 
I believe the bike seats have been implicated in causing varied sexual problems. I am sure the amount of riding would make a lot of difference too!

Exercise can increase muscle mass. Testosterone production is proportional to muscle mass. Teenage boys have most testosterone and no prostate cancer....
