Hello Group,

I would like to make a compendium of restaurants from anywhere in the
world that closely meets the NN criteria; local, in season food
prepared in the proper way; animals raised in the NN fashion and served
to preserve their highest possible value. Hopefully drinks would be
served using filtered (reverse osmosis?) water etc.

If anyone knows of such places please email me. Maybe Zoe can create a
link for this.

Please put as much information as you like such as web sites, emails,
phone numbers and ambiance. Did you try the food and what is your
favorite dishes? You could give a revue. Or just make it simple.
