I think that using the sentence stem "I am angry beause--" will tend to rationalize an emotion.. when emotions are not meant to be 'justified' but merely felt...

In sentence completion work, I never use the word "because" because it invites intellectualizing. Morever it demands a single response to the "right" ending....
