I think that using the sentence stem "I am angry beause--" will tend
to rationalize an emotion.. when emotions are not meant to be
'justified' but merely felt be made aware of
while the stem "One of things I'm angry about is--" simply allows one
to find out more about what makes one angry instead of justifying it
am i right?? =D i hope i am...
