I went to a web page for OWL, though, and read the
rather long list of rules.
The one-post-daily rule was enough to dissuade me.
But my overall impression from the rules was that
the list was over-controlled. Maybe in practice that
was not the case.
I'm curious, though: If the list was that successful,
why didn't another member take it over, or start another
one existing members could go to?
