I believe there are two worlds, Natural and Supernatural
[Unbelievable]. I as a Human Being function primarily in the Natural
World and this is where the ideas and teachings of Dr. Branden
operate so well.
I find very few religious leaders [none right now] help me in the
Natural World as Dr. Branden has. I belive this "Group" operates best
in the Natural World and thats why I write to it and read it.
When I read Dr. Branden's book on "The Art of Living Consciously"
(which I am rereading now) the chapter on Consciousness and
Spirituality was least valualbe for me but the rest of the book was
supberb. I found it hard to understand.[Maybe I will reread Chapter
7.]
However I still believe in this Supernatural (whatever) even though
I can't explain it and can't see it. Some Humans do make a
connection with the Supernatural [I don't know any living ones right
now]. I think it would be an asset to make some connection with the
Supernatural
In a simalar manner:
I find it unbelievable that the Brain contains billions of neurons
(cells) and each one functions like a little computer.
Or when I go out at night and look at the stars I find it
unbelievable that some of them are galaxies containing billions of
Suns (stars) like our own. And yet I trust the scientists who explain
this stuff to me and consider this knowledge an asset in Raising Self
Esteem.
To conclude I am open to the Supernatural World and I think It
would have psychological benifits to enter it but I don't think this
Group is the place to discuss it. It creates to much anger and we
would miss the point of Dr. Branden's teachings.
