Good question.

I met her in early January when she was drawing blood for the
processing that they do. She seemed completely optimistic but didn't
give any hint about when news might be available. I've another
appointment with her in September and I hope that I'll get some news then.

I know this is taking a long time. But I've had diabetes for 35+ years
and can wait some more. For parents of children with diabetes, I can't
begin to imagine how long this wait feels. For you especially I hope
and pray for a successful for her research.
