We tried this unsuccessfully. It has been a while, but if I remember
correctly the result of mixing was like we had increased the Humalog and
decreased the Lantus. (Lows early on and sustained highs later.) My
son was very young though (He is six now, and this was a couple of years
ago), so the negative effects may have been magnified.
