City Sponsors Mental Health Workshop!

The City of Campbell will sponsor a free workshop on mental health on Thursday,
May 28th, from 1:00pm - 3:00pm, at the Campbell Community Center, Room 80, next
to the Heritage Theatre.

The purpose of the workshop is to focus on mental health issues, including
public perception of mental health issues, support for patients and families,
and available local resources.

Speakers will include representatives from the National Alliance for the
Mentally Ill (NAMI) and Stamp Out Stigma (SOS), a non-profit organization
dedicated to dispelling myths and stereotypes regarding mental illness. In
addition, the Director of the Santa Clara County Department of Mental Health
will speak.
