I am writing to ask you to nominate a worthy social worker who in your mind
represents the best of our profession. Many of our profession are equally
deserving of this award and I know you know a social worker that could be
honored for their work and how they are.

We will honor the one selected as Social Worker of the Year on March 18th, 6pm,
at 828 South Bascom Avenue, Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128. Food, dessert and
door prizes will be given out. Lobby days outcomes will also be presented. This
is your chance to honor one of our own. Thank You.
