Seeking an energetic, organized full time activity coordinator for geriatric population with memory loss. Must be available to work one weekend day.


Primary Responsibilities:

-       Plan and lead therapeutic and recreational group activities;
-       Demonstrate experience and leadership in memory loss program planning and delivery;
-       Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families;
-       Fulfill commitments and manage timelines;
-       Participate in client care planning, family meetings, required employee trainings;
-       Work within budgetary guidelines.


Qualifications:

-       Must enjoy working with older adults;
-       Experience coordinating a special population;
-       Experience planning and leading activity and/or recreation programs;
-       Easily adjust to interruptions, unexpected events, daily priorities;
-       Available to work either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday;
-       Bachelor's degree preferred;
-       Supervisory experience in a social services, healthcare, or agency setting is a plus.

This is an elegant assisted living facility in San Francisco.
