Christine: I like your sense of wonder on this topic. In your last sentence you
suggest that this is an unknowable, and I'm sure to some extent you are correct.
I have so many questions about our level of knowing.
Is the Tao of a thing not our knowing and our discipline, is Tao our ability to
chose the way and be happy in the moment?
Is the salutation Namaste ( I bow to the divine in you) not as important to bow
to the divine in ourselves. With this I mean that if we give it over to God
whatever the contract may be, have we not then chosen the way of our own free
will ?
Because we have chosen to follow that which cannot be named can we remain happy
in the moment and not worry about the past or the future?
I hope those questions make sense, my sense of the issue of contracts is that
they are made between God and our higher self (our soul, our spirit) and if we
are discipline enough to communicate on earth at this level we are certainly
disciplined enough to follow the way of the contract.
In Peace and Healing

Subject: CM Re: Consequences of Not Fulfilling a Contract
I wonder how anyone would know whether they missed fulfillinf a contract. I
mean, I can look back in my life and identify some moments where I was at a
crossroads, where key decisions were made that impacted my life for decades,
some which are still impacting me now, but I could not tell you whether I missed
a contract by the choices I make. Nor could I decide what people and events I
would be happy to do without. Surely this is an unknowable.
