This group is open to all Dieters. I am educating people about the waterfall diet principals. though not necessarialy the diet Linda wrote of in her book. this is by living it four years and having economical problems during it.
In this Diet group we look at basic nutritional needs. calories, counting intake of calories and exercise.
We take special diet of body building, with my 3 day or 1 week plan. we take special health diets with education material for those who have it or need to help others with that health problem.
I have exercise for various levels of exercising where its actual an activity. I have diet daily, weekly, Journal to track caloric intake and exercise/activity output. I have a data base file where you begin your measurements and weights. you can track your progress with others or do it alone by downloading or printing the file.
you have access to a chat room on my other research site. astroprojecting. and I envite you to explore spiritual events in people life as I place not only a before and after photo ablum but a spiritual one with my ghost shots. comment on them but be respectful. we want to learn of your diet fad diets as well. we tell each other of the product or dining style resturants that offer great value for the dieter.
we offer food allergy testing diet to do for those who diet and exercise never seeing any improvement due to fluid build up. this is an area I am researching on this site. so check us out. if you see your own expert finding of information you like to share. we are open to that too.
