Alberto Perez, originally from Colombia, created this fitness workout and its popularity has grown past South Florida where he now lives and can be learned and experienced with me as your trainer. So if you want to combine high intensity, low impact cardio with Latin moves such as Salsa, Merique, Tango, Cumbia, Samba and Middle Eastern belly dance, then this is the class for you! Dance your stress away! Tone your body! Enhance your cardio health! And do it with Zumba fitness! No experienced required, just a willingness to participate!

Class Fee: $20 for one day, bring a friend you & your friend will pay $15.

If you like the class you can sign up with me for the week or month.
