Re:Recently Diagnosed

My doctor just said that I definitely had MVP. He didn't elaborate or
anything. He told me to continue to exercise and not to stop my Weight
Watchers points plan. He didn't mention anything about regurgitation.
I didn't even know that much about the condition and he did not offer
any further discussion about the diagnosis. I had heard about reducing
the caffeine. I have 2 cups of coffee every morning. But I had quit
caffeine altogether some months ago and had all the other MVP syndrome
symptoms (that was before I was diagnosed). Thanks. Maybe I'll switch
to decaf. Do you think I should go to a cardiologist?
