I'm training for a triathlon right now so I've been doing a lot of
intense exercising and nearly every time that i go anaerobic or just
have a high heart rate i get chest pains and my heart palpitates. I'm
not sure if I am pushing myself too much(although I don't feel like I
am) or if thats just a normal occurence when you have MVP. I was
wondering if this happens to anyone else, and if i should take a break
when that happens or just keep going until it goes away. Thanks :)
