I had that problem... I have been placed on Beta-Blockers to help
regulate my heart rythm. The medication my Cardiologist & Doctor
prescribed is TOPROL XL, 50mg (lowest dosage). Talk to your
cardiologist/doctor about it if it continues.

hello yes i've had that problem many times.I dont know what causes it because i'll just be sitting still too. what i do know is that i've gone to the hospital...

YES! I have those "heavy beats" - I just heard yesterday to try to cut out MSG in your diet... found in cheetos/pepperoni etc.... I am going to try to cut that...

hey barb! i have problems with that all the time! do you have any other symptoms like chest pain, panic and anxiety, etc... ? ... pounding forceful heartbeats...
