hi,......the baths sound really good. i will have to try the
breathing thing. i need to find something so i don't have to take
pills. i hate taking pills and i never remember. (i have lots of
airhead days).....i don't like the feeling tired part but haven't
found anything to help that yet. and sleeping at night has become a
challenge. i can go to sleep but staying asleep is my problem. i end
up getting a good 2-3hrs sleep and thats it.
