Being tired is my biggest problem. It doesn't go away. I have learned to
deal with it. For the anxiety I ask my doctor for some valium. She doesn't
like to give it to me but it relieves me and I don't take it very often.
Some people get on anti anxiety drugs or anti depressants and it seems to
help them, you might ask your doctor about that. Recently I was having some
bad panic attacks and my doctor told me about a method of breathing that
seems to help. You breath opposite of the normal way. Air in, stomach out,
Air out, stomach in. It takes a little practice but it does work to calm me
down. Give it a try. I also take a nice relaxing hot bath at night before
bed especially if I am feeling anxious or having skipped beats, it really
calms me down.
