Re: [MVP and MVPS Support] hard time strength training

I feel the same way, I'm not taking any medication because the Dr said I'm fine,
but I always feel lightheaded, short of breath, my heart is beating so fast that
I have to sit down, but Dr. said I'm fine. As long I can sleep flat on the bed
and not gasping for air that I have to elevate my head, they said I'm fine. If I
start having that problem it means that I have to take medication and probably
operations. I don't have any problem with my other problem, health wise, except
MVP. I'm a nurse and I work at like an urgent care unit, so feel safe at least
to have someone close by me just in case something happen. But my last test
shows no difference than the first test.

days and it has made a world of difference.
