hi all,
anyone else have a problem doing strength training? i mean lifting
weights or doing pushups and other isometric exercises? im always out
of breath and my heart pounds a bit when i do these types of exercise,
even when not too intensely.
im in great shape and there are no problems when i box, swim, or
jog.anyone have the same experiences? advice? gonna ask my doc about
it but its till 4 months till i see him next.
