I am taking it one day at a time, that is all you can do, right???

Can't sleep well, tonight! Took all my meds, just not sleeping! I need to
loose weight, but I am finding it hard, since I sleep most of the day (when
my son is in school) and up all night! It is terrible!!! I know most of my
symptoms are Bipolar, but can also be the symptoms of MVPS! Strange thing,
eh??

Well, going to try to hit the hay!
