Hello!

I am a Single-Engaged mommie to a 6 year old boy with ADHD.

I was diagnosed with MVP, in 1997. My valve is just hammocking at
this time, no regurgation, which is a good thing! I am just keeping
an I on the caffiene I drink, and sugars I eat!

I also have Bipolar 2 Disorder. I was diagnosed with that last
August. I don't sleep right, and the days all I do is sleep! I have
to take care of my son, so he really keeps me out of the dungeon!!!

My Fiancee is great, too! He helps me with the bills, after he has
his own place he shares with his mother, at this time! We are
looking for a home closer to where he works with the Department of
Defense, up in North Jersey!

I am currently taking Atenelol, on as needed basis!! I was taking
100 mg every day, until I broke my nose, and found out during a
stress test, my blood pressure gets way to low to take it all the
time for mainly, the palpitations!

I also take Wellubutrin SR, Clonazepam, Seroquel, and Ambien. I am
trying different meds for my Bipolar disorder, and trying to overcome
my obstacles to get back to work! I am currently going through a
program, from the state, that helps people with Mental Disorders to
find jobs, and to keep the jobs! I am excited and can't wait to go
back to work, but also scared, since this is my first time to work,
knowing I have this disorder and MVP and MVPS!!!!

My Mom is getting her Aortic Valve replaced on May 5th, so I am
prayin and trying to keep my nerves down and knowing this is a
procedure they do every day and that she will be OK!!! After the
surgery, they are going to find out if it is hereditary or not! My
Grandmother died of Heart Problems, but back in the 70s they didn't
have the technology of what they have now!

I hope to gain support and wisdom through this group and new
friends! I am doing OK, so far, but like all of us, good days and
bad days! Today was an OK day!

Well, enough of me rambling! I hope to hear from you soon and meet
some new people in the same or similiar situation!

Thank you for your time~

(((HUGS)))
