Hi,

I have recently been diagnosed with MVP after suffering for 18 months
and being told various things. I work in Taiwan so it is hard to find
a lot of info about this except on the net. It has been a big relief
to know what is wrong and that something is actually wrong. However I
did a Thallium test and found out I also have moderate Ischemia and
at 30 this is rare. What worries me is that I get Chest pain that can
either be tight, uncomfortable and sometimes stabbing. Is this normal
or is the stabbing because of my Ischemia? I worry being so far from
family and friends and my Chinese is very bad, so I want to know if
the stabbing pains are normal.

IO hope you can help as the rest I can cope with as annoying but not
life threatening, this however has got me.
