chrissy, i dont personaly know what to do for the headaches because i never
get them , but because i work for myself i have the ability sometimes to take
small naps during the day. helps allot for energy levels, i also take large
doses of vit.c and i cutt the sugar so my blood sugar isnt going haywire.also
, exersize w/ i dont do very well helps allot , so since i have bad reactions
when i jog,, i power cleaN MY HOUSE .LOL meaning i clean like my mother is
suddenly comeing from out of town and shes only a few miles away,lol..works
