Natalie, I'm 52.My cardiologist just felt that
with my family history of heart disease,I should not
take chances. He has me being very careful. I not
longer can take a walk and carry packages and all
housework and alike I must take time-outs and rest.Do you
get the hard to breathe and feelings like someone is
sitting on your chest and crush ing it.I now must take
nitroglycerin with me at all times. Hope youe feel better. Love
