discouraged

hi everyone. I am feeling a little discouraged
this morning. I have not had any problems in a long
time with palps, now, all of a sudden they are back
with a vengeance. I want to start excercising but they
are so strong that they scare me. I just started
drinking this new drink called FRUIT20. I love the stuff,
but I am wondering if this is the cause...It has
"splenda" in it. That's an artificial sweetner. Any advice?
My heart is not racing, it's skipping...I hate the
feeling. Oh well, I guess it could be worse. Thanks for
any advice you guys have.
