Suzy, having MVP/MVPS is really a complicated
thing. Panic attacks and anxiety for me is the most
bothersome symptoms of MVPS. But the good thing is that, we
can control panic and anxiety. As for me, i try to
avoid certain food or things that can worsen my
symptoms, I drink lot of water and try to engaged in some
form of exercise, and try to stay positive. I know its
hard to overcome anxiety and panic, but i'm telling
you it takes a lot and lot of practice and eventually
you'll make it. Be well.
