Re: Hi everyone

I do suffer from panic and anxiety attacks
before, but good thing, i got them under control. The
thing i do to have them under control was not to let
them happen in the first place. One thing i've noticed
about panic and anxiety is that it attacks when we're
under stress or feeling de-conditioned, or if we're
having too much sugar or caffeine. So i try not avoid
certain things that will lead to the attack. I don't deny
that there are times that out of the blue anxiety and
panic will hit you, and if these happens to me, i try
to have positive self-talk, like, 'this is just
panic and this won't make me crazy or die' and
eventually you'll noticed that panic subsides. Dealing with
panic and anxiety takes a lot and lot of practice. If
you have any problems dealing with it, I'm positive
that you'll get them under control too. And by the
way, i don't take meds.
As of now, I would say
that I'm doing good.

I hope i make
sense.

Dan
