Invitation to Participate in a National Survey of Speech-Language Pathologists
My name is Lily Nalty, M.A., CCC-SLP. I am conducting a survey to help with earlier identification of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in support of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” campaign.
All Speech-Language Pathologists who work with young children 6 years of age or younger are invited to take part in this important survey. Speech-Language Pathology graduate students working under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist may also participate.
The survey consists of 20 items and should take no more than 5-10 minutes. The purpose is to learn what Speech-Language Pathologists presently do and what they recommend to support their role in helping families reach a diagnosis of autism sooner.
To participate in this confidential and anonymous survey, please link here-- http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=Ys2uJvw_2fysvnpDc4K6UpKA_3d_3d.
It will be available through July 31, 2009.
If you have already completed this survey through another invitation, please do not complete another one. ☼
