| I have a colleague who is looking for an SLP to work with her father, who has had a mini-stroke. Although his MRI is normal and his comprehension is as sharp as ever, his verbal output has been affected. Janet, his daughter, says that it takes him longer to answer questions at times and that his answers don't provide as much detail as they have in the past. He says he knows what he wants to say, but sometimes has difficulty formulating it. He lives in Reisterstown, but is independent, mobile, and eager to start therapy.
