The proposed certification change that was supposed to be posted on June 6th by MSDE has not been posted yet, and is expected to be posted on June 21, 2008.  Any letters, emails or opinions that you have sent to MSDE regarding this proposed change will not be counted or considered because the reg is not posted yet for public policy.  Please wait until the comment period begins when the proposed change is posted to send your comments, or resend them again after June 21st.

 

Also, MSHA intends to post this information on the MSHA website to keep members posted on this issue.  This information should be posted within the next week.
