PROMPT is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American
Speech-Hearing Assn. (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in
Speech Language Pathology. This program is offered for 1.8 CEU's.

PROMPT (PROMPTs for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) is based
on a client centered philosophy which embodies neuromotor principles. The
system was created by Deborah Hayden in 1976 and formally organized in 1980.
Since that time PROMPT has been researched with both adult and child
populations and has found to be efficacious in the treatment of
motor-speech disorders. Prompt is a non-profit organization for the study,
education, research and treatment of speech production disorders. Total cost
for the workshop is $625
