PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of registration and payment.  If
you
have not received your confirmation 10 days after mailing your
registration
and payment, please call our toll-free number of 866-245-9050 to
confirm
your registration. Seats are not held without a credit card.
Cancellation
policy applies.
ENROLLMENT
Enrollment is limited. Early registration is encouraged to guarantee a
space and prevent cancellation due to low participation. Participants
are
accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. We recommend you contact
us by
phone as soon as your company has approved your attendance, so that we
can
hold your seat with a credit card.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Tuition fee minus 25% (twenty-five percent) administration fee is
refundable if written cancellation is postmarked at least fourteen (14)
days prior to the seminar date.
With less than fourteen (14) days notice, registrant forfeits all
claims to
refunds.
MedStar Health reserves the right to cancel at any time with a full
refund.
MedStar Health will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to
cancellation of this seminar. Seminar information and content subject
to
change without notice.

Although not pre-approved, all MedStar Health Seminars meet the
requirements of the Maryland state licensing boards. You are encouraged
to
fax your desired seminar information to your state licensing board for
prior board approval.
A Certificate of Attendance will be presented to each participant at

end of the seminar. All registrants must sign-in each day to receive
their
Certificate of Attendance. Partial certificates will not be awarded.
