To Clinical Connections Attendees
Dr. Secord spoke for 5.5 hours, or a bit more. Many registrants made it clear that they attended for that amount of time when they submitted their hours sheets for tabulation. Please note that ASHA only gives hours in full hour increments, so that extra 1/2 hour or forty-five minutes will not be reflected in the CE time you receive from ASHA. We had originally submitted for 5 hours of contact time, which translates to .5 ASHA CEU. This is all we are allowed to assign. I am sorry for any inconvenience, but these are the rules we must follow.
