The Felix Trinidad vs. Bernard Hopkins boxing event which was
scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2001 in New York, at Madison
Square Garden, was officially postponed by promoter Don King on
Wednesday afternoon.

In his official announcement  yesterday, Don King indicated that
September 29 was a working date for the fight to be re-scheduled.  As
soon as we have the official notification of the new date we will
inform you.

At this time, we at Southern Intelligence Agency, Inc. have the
deepest sorrow for the victims and families involved in this tragedy,
and I personally commend all the Police, Fire Fighters and other
volunteer personnel who have unselfishly provided their assistance
and protection to our citizenry.

decisions that are facing them ahead.

COMPLETE LIQUOR LICENSE INFORMATIONAL PACKAGE SUBMITTED. An actual
copy of the license, is not required, just the liquor license
information.

Affidavits must be received NO LATER THAN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS
AFTER EACH EVENT.  Our FEDEX account number is supplied at NO CHARGE
to you in order to expedite delivery of said affidavits. This will
enable Southern Intelligence Agency, Inc. to process your affidavits
in a timely fashion which will result in an expedited payment to you
or your agency. In addition, COVER CHARGES will be REIMBURSED only on
each approved violator affidavit.

Payment shall be between 15-30 days. A list of legal establishments
shall be faxed to you the day before the scheduled bout, and any
commercial establishment not on this list shall be deemed a pirate.
Southern Intelligence Agency, Inc. offers PREMIUM COMPENSATION to our
investigators/auditors pertaining to DEPOSITION and TRIAL TESTIMONY.
In other words, SIA will pay for your TIME whenever you are required
to testify at either a deposition or trial regarding your
observations and actions pertaining to said affidavits.

Southern Intelligence Agency, Inc. is seeking to subcontract law
enforcement officers, active/retired or licensed private
investigators regarding signal theft for the upcoming pay-per-view
boxing events: **

SIA agrees to pay only the following fees to its
auditors/investigators:

     A.  $125 per auditor or investigator for each APPROVED AFFIDAVIT
submitted by said auditor or investigator verifying the unauthorized
use of the telecast at a commercial establishment;

     B.  $150.00 for each APPROVED AFFIDAVIT accompanied by two (2)
photographs of the commercial establishment identified in the
APPROVED AFFIDAVIT (photographs may be taken the following day after
the fight); or

Long time friend, fire fighter, and fire investigator Art Hansen of
Ocean Springs is in serious condition at Keesler Air Force Base in
Biloxi.  Art was admitted into the Base hospital with respiratory
problems.

I know all of our thoughts and prayers are with him.

The Mississippi County Fire/Arson Investigator Course scheduled for
February 19-22 has been changed to February 26-March 1, 2001.  The
site of delivery is still on-campus at the Mississippi State Fire
Academy.
