The Felix Trinidad vs. Bernard Hopkins boxing event which was
scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2001 in New York, at Madison
Square Garden, was officially postponed by promoter Don King on
Wednesday afternoon.

In his official announcement  yesterday, Don King indicated that
September 29 was a working date for the fight to be re-scheduled.  As
soon as we have the official notification of the new date we will
inform you.

At this time, we at Southern Intelligence Agency, Inc. have the
deepest sorrow for the victims and families involved in this tragedy,
and I personally commend all the Police, Fire Fighters and other
volunteer personnel who have unselfishly provided their assistance
and protection to our citizenry.

If we may all take a moment of silence to pray for the victims of
this tragedy and for our Government Officials who have the toughest
decisions that are facing them ahead.

I'm proud to be an American and having the privilege to live in a
great country such as ours is an honor that I will always cherish.
