Hello everyone, wanted to introduce myself

My name is Richard and I am married to someone with DID. She has been diagnosed
for 4 years now. She has been going through a real tough stretch lately and it
has been rough on both of us.

I have been really supportive (at least I think so) of her and would really like
some advice/tips on what I can do or not do to help.

Also, just need a forum/group to vent with people that understand.

Look forward to chatting with all of you.

Hi Richard,

I am one of the members with DID but also my partner is also DID so we have both
sides of the equitation I guess and it is something that can be hard to deal
with at times to have someone with DID as a partner.

So if we can help you we will be happy to do so. it is good at times just to
have a place to vent too this is a good way to do that too.
Mark
