It is a known fact that many of the health problems we face today are caused by our lack of activity. Two years ago, I made a promise to myself to become more active, and I've seen the wonderful changes that have occured since that day. Almost every aspect of my life has improved since I got moving!! From weight loss to better attitude, from pain loss to better sleep, activity has changed my life.
