Hello
I wish I could start out telling you it is going to be okay, I would not be
telling you the truth. It's going to be a long lonely process. it's going to
take time and you have to give it time, don't rush yourself, don't let no-on else
rush you . A part of you is gone forever and you have to grieve. You are going
to go through different phases of grief. You will go through Denial- not
believing your daughter is gone and the next day you will believe it. Denial is
the hardest stage of grief. Some of stay in denial longer than any stage. Grief
is a painful process. I been where you are going and yes it was tough, but I got
through it. I got through it for a purpose and that purpose is to help someone
else. I would go in a room and get me a blanket and cuddle like a baby and cry
my heart. I sometimes felt better and I sometimes felt worst. It seems you are
alone, it seems everyone have moved on but you.
I share my thoughts with hundreds of people daily. I write daily about healing
through grief. I am a expert I been through every stage of grief you can
imagine. I got through you will too.
You are not alone.
