This is a private group open to volunteer Birth Companions with Mothercraft Canada of Ottawa-Carleton. It is a place where companions can chat and support each other as we support families in our community.

As well as the facility to send and receive emails from the members of the list, you can also view and update the calender which will have information on Mothercraft and birth related events. There is also a chat room available and we can schedule chats if others are interested. If you have a file you think would be helpful to others, such as an article on a childbirth or parenting related topic, you can upload this to the shared files and links facility. If there is a file there that you would like to download, there is a facility to download this to your own computer.
