Hi Paul and Kitty
I hope you are well

I didn't finish my homework about my own experience of one meal
eater (I wrote three pages but I want to rewrite and add few things)
and now, I have to deal with the endometriosis of my girlfriend (and
I really appreciate the idea of "If, in spite of everything, you
have no recourse but to require the attention of the medical
establishment, become an expert concerning whatever caused that need
and reserve all major decision making about your care to yourself. »
in http://morelife.org/nutshell.html )
I also have to order supplements (I'm lacking of melatonin and I
usually order all supplements at once in order to pay less
shipping )

Here's my question:
In http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/morelife/message/1287
You talk about N acetyl carnosine (as a non LEF supplement)
I checked in your Change record and I understand you don't use it
any more
And moreover I don't found N acetyl carnosine in your Excel
spreadsheet, neither in your regimen though there is a whole page
dedicated to this: http://morelife.org/supplements/NALC.html
Do you stick only to L-carnosine by now?

Another question, in the list of supplements you'd take even if you
had to pay for them, you didn't mention Blueberry or green tea
(though there is a bit in LEF Mix); Is it because you take a lot in
your daily food regimen and you don't see the interest of taking
more ?

Thanks a lot for your work
François Rose
