A link to the website with that program would be appreciated.
[It appears that program ignores the locking information, whereas Adode itself
respects this information and will not change the file into Word format.
Therefore, the program would be particularly useful for those rare (but possibly
increasing) situations where the pdf file is locked with respect to copy/paste
quoting. --Paul]

Many websites change their links without any redirects provided from
older URLs. In this case the section and the table at Merck were
updated. The Table 4 on the replacement page is not identical but the
information is very close to what was presented earlier. Francios,
would you make a reply to message 1209 with the same information
you've provided here so that anyone reading that message can follow
the thread to get the updated link with replacement table information. The
subject title of your reply message can be changed to something like, "Updated
Link" or "Obsolete Link Updated".

Notification of link changes/breaks/errors on MoreLife.org and/or
SelfSIP.org can be sent directly to me and are always appreciated. For
links in messages here that a (qualified poster) member finds to be no
longer valid, simply make a reply to that message and provide the new
information, as I've requested above for message 1209.

We look forward to hearing about your experience with one meal daily
in comparison to ours.
