Kitty and Tom,
Feel free to post this, or not as you think appropriate.
I should have called it "Busy People's Guide to Thriving on Stress"
instead of "Better Ways of Relieving Stress" but anyway I've described
a number of different ways, some of which only take seconds, that
people can use to destress and become more centered/relaxed.

[The link above transports one first to a disclaimer page to which one must
agree before one is allowed to view the articles within the site (including
Scott's). However, the page contains the following two commands to which I
cannot agree:
"DO NOT purchase any pharmaceuticals that are illegal in your country. DO NOT
BUY STEROIDS OR RESEARCH CHEMICALS IF IT IS ILLEGAL IN YOUR JURISDICTION."
Therefore, I cannot get past the disclaimer page and read Scott's article. If
the owners of this site had made these statements as pure advice instead of as
paternalistic commands, then I could have agreed. Likely this paternalistic
command language was given to them by some lawyer and they simply agreed to the
inclusion of them.
Scott, in order to proceed with a review of the article you will need to either
post the whole article here or post another fully accessible direct link.

[I acknowledge that I did not fully read the Disclaimer and therefore did not
see the orders (in capitals) to which a reader would be agreeing by clicking on
the "I agree". I read only the portion near the bottom that stated that the
website owners did not condone certain actions. In clicking on the "I agree" I
was acknowledging my agreement that *they* did not condone use of "steroids or
research chemicals" that were illegal in the reader's country. Had I read the
disclaimer in full as Paul did, I would never have clicked on agreement to it.
In fact, I will send the site a message withdrawing my agreement since a cookie
is now on my computer and include a link to this message.
Having your own website, Scott, would make it possible to house all of your own
writings with only the restrictions on viewing that you want. This can be easily
and quickly done these days. We look forward to having you provide us with a
link to the above article (which sounds from its title to be interesting) and
others, free from such an agreement as above, for our review that are
appropriate to the subject of improving the quality and quantity of life using
science/evidence based information. **Kitty]
