Description

To provide an opportunity for readers of the MoreLife and Self-Sovereign Individual Project websites to ask questions, critique, comment, and engage in discussions about the content and organization of the websites.

Posts to this group are only acceptable when they are specifically addressed to text already in place on the websites (or to an ongoing discussion of such text begun on this group or elsewhere) or when they are suggestions for alterations or changes to those websites, which are supported by logical and effective reasons why such changes would be beneficial for the purposes of the websites. Before posting, a reader must have read all parts of the website that relate to the text being quoted, so that the reader has first done all that s/he can on hir own to fully understand. The reason why this approach is required of the reader is because understanding is always deepest, longest lasting and of greatest application when achieved by oneself rather than having everything explained. The group is moderated to prevent posts that do not adhere to these content restrictions and other group posting rules detailed in the Files section - Group Admin: Group Policy.

The moderated format of this Yahoo group (by Paul and Kitty Antonik Wakfer) also enables its use as a seminar, whether on life-extension matters covered at MoreLife or the ideas of the Self-Sovereign Individual Project. A seminar is effectively a series of meetings and presentations by peers, each knowing that they are at different levels and amounts of understanding of the subject matter at hand. Usually there are one or more leaders or guides who are more knowledgeable in some ways, but others have unique contributions, and all are appreciative of and eager to learn from the reasoned input of the rest. Note that the word seminar relates to seminal, meaning source, basic or fundamental.
