Our style is open, honest and flexible. I am happy to discuss any aspect of macrobiotics without attachments to any of the concepts. In this site I hope we can share experiences and join together to make it easier to get the most out of a macrobiotic lifestyle.

The idea is to make this an interesting space to share opinions, perhaps gently challenge each other and become a valuable resource for anyone starting macrobiotics.

Dragana and I have four children and own a macrobiotic health food shop, café and clinic in London. My sister Melanie Brown Waxman author of Eat Me Now and her Cooklets brings her wealth of experience cooking, teaching and raising seven children, to this site, also.
