To get on the poster for 2004--"Mayday is Jay Day"--check yr contact info and email me back telling me to add yr city to the List at the top of this email. Right now the last listing we have for you is as follows:
Eaton: Andy Fudge fudgeie@... 210 eaton lewisburg rd apt#61 Rally 12 noon -- lots of kick ass specialtiesBy the way, I lost about three weeks email not long after this year's event. Did anything happen on the first Saturday of May in yrour area? Numbers? Arrests? Media? Anything of interest happen, etc?
You can also call me at 212-677-4899.

P.S.: We are also interested in adding to our list of prestigious endorsers, which consists of pot activists well-known in their city or country. We need a name and phone number for each. Any suggestions?P.P.S: We need on average $100 for each affiliate to print and ship this year's poster. If you can't send it, we have to raise it somewhere else.HELP RAISE MONEY FOR THE MILLION MARIJUANA MARCH--BOOK A YIPPIE SPEAKER!
Recently we wrote you that we need on average $100 for each affiliate to print and ship this year's poster--and that if you can't send it, we have to raise it somewhere else.
You can help. Go to http://www.yippiespeakers.com Here's the good news: 20% of all speaker fees go to printing and operating expenses for the MMM 2004. (If you can get me booked personally it's 100%.)
Some of these speakers like Grace Slick and Hunter Thompson get $25,000 just for appearing at yr local university! (Some like Dennis Peron are available for a few thousand) Your local group gets 4% finders' fee.
What we need you to do is contact yr local on-campus activists and have them agitate their student affairs folks in charge of outside speakers (or equivalent) to book some of our speakers. It's important to clarify that we are NOT asking them to get this from the budget of their NORML or SSDP chapter, but from the campus office that books outside speakers. (At Kent State they call it the Office of Student Life, and they paid me $4,000 for a three hour appearance, which went straight to the printer.)
It's a good year for it. Things have come full-circle for Yippie! We have all the elements--an illegitimate Republican President everyone hates at home, a quagmire war abroad--for the first time since the '70's. And best of all, even though all our speakers support cannabis and oppose the drug war, they are Yippie, not legalization speakers, so you won't have to deal with demands from the university administration that you find some anti-drug speaker for "Balance" or you don't get the booking. (Since we are moving toward protests against the Republican Convention in NYC next August, to be fair they'd have to demand an opponent of protests, period, which is absurd.)If you have a hot prospect, email me right back; but since about half of everything sent to this address "bounces", be sure to also put in a call to the speakers bureau at 212-677-7180, and leave a message if no one picks up.Dana/cnw*****!!! MARIJUANA ACTIVIST USES ACT OF DEFIANCE TO LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
Newly off probation, Ed Forchion of Browns Mills announced a bid forthe U.S. House, then lit up.
Call it a joint announcement.
A South Jersey advocate for the liberalization of marijuana laws
declared his candidacy for the U.S. House at Independence National
Historical Park by - how else? - lighting up a marijuana cigarette.
Not that he got a chance to smoke it.
After just a few tokes Saturday afternoon, a phalanx of 17 park
rangers surrounded Ed Forchion, also known as NJ Weedman.
The rangers confiscated the candidate's joint, and Forchion, 44, was
issued a $150 ticket for possession of a controlled substance.
Minutes before, while standing between Independence Hall and the
Liberty Bell Pavilion, Forchion said he intended to run as the U.S.
Marijuana Party's candidate for the seat held by Republican Jim Saxton
in New Jersey's Third Congressional District.
The district extends across Burlington and Ocean Counties and includes
a few neighborhoods in Camden County.
Also cited shortly after 4:20 p.m. was Pat Duff, 27, who said he
intended to run as the Marijuana Party's candidate for Philadelphia
City Council in 2007. The self-described "renegade car salesman" said
he would run on a platform encouraging the opening of cannabis cafes
across the city.
About 50 supporters, many with video cameras and shivering against the
wind, had gathered to watch Forchion and Duff ceremoniously light up.
The time and setting had been chosen with Karl Rove-ian precision.
"Four-20" is stoner slang for smoking marijuana. The park had the
benefit of being federal property, outside the jurisdiction of the
Philadelphia Police Department.
"We're peaceful, patriotic potheads," the soft-spoken Forchion said.
"We had meant to do this on Dec. 6, but it snowed and ruined what we'd
thought was going to be a big turnout."
On Dec. 3, Forchion completed 20 months of probation in Camden County
for pleading guilty to possessing five pounds of marijuana with the
intent to distribute.
"I'm happy," he said of putting probation behind him, "I can run for
office again."
Forchion, of Browns Mills, has run for Burlington County freeholder
and for the First District seat in the U.S. House on the Legalize
Marijuana ticket.
A Rastafarian, Forchion has said he smoked marijuana for religious
reasons, to relieve back pain, and to help him deal with chronic
depression. The former cross-country truck driver has been an advocate
of legalizing marijuana since the mid-1990s.
His high jinks have been celebrated in what is left of the
counterculture. Among his stunts: lighting up in the New Jersey
Assembly while wearing a black-and-white-striped prisoner's costume.
Saturday's announcement was intended to make a more sober point, he
said, adding that he intended to challenge the rangers' citations in
court.
"This is all about a First Amendment issue," Forchion said. "Freedomof religion allows for the religious use of marijuana on federal
property. I'm just exercising that right."From: onlinepot@...they hit every head shop in Broward County Florida pretty much at thesame time, & we had 25 or or so head shops county wide! cleaned them

Pro-Marijuana NoteBy Rick Mason
Dear people of Mother Earth, Northern California, and all points in between: I know what pain is. I know what fear is. I know what it's like not to eat for two days, not to sleep in a month of Sundays. I know what it's like not to be able to think straight and to burn bridges and curse out friends at the drop of a hat. I know what it's like to hide in the smallest room of my house because I am ashamed of myself. I know what it's like to go on the internet to seek out the easiest, least painful form of suicide because certain thoughts just won't go away.
I suffer from the worst kind of bi-polar illness. All I've got is some sort of crap insurance that ran out after three refills, which was about May 2nd or 3rd. Since then, I've been riding a crazy horse. A monster. You can call it what you like, but I call it hell.
I know what works for me. Prozac is ok, but who knows what the hell that stuff is made of? Besides that, it's not instant. It's the best the law has to offer and it's a damn shame because Prozac is a pale, barely useful shadow when compared to marijuana. When I don't have Prozac, which is most of the time, thank you United Healthcare, I try marijuana. I sometimes find a "dub" that consists of about 2 joints. Yes, that's correct. $20 in my neck of the woods will get you two joints! What a rip.
And you know what? It works! Marijuana freakin' works! It brings back my appetite in an instant. I sleep and have happy dreams. It ends the pain in a heartbeat. Well, maybe I should say it ends the horror in a toke. The best part of it is that my head clears, as if someone is tuning a radio and gets the station I most want to hear. I go down to my computer and write wonderful things. It's a blast. That's when I'm really free. That's when I feel as if I am giving something back to someone, though I don't know who or whom.
If I could say one thing about myself: I am a gifted writer. I have a book out that I co-wrote and another one making the rounds with the publishers. I should be happy. Maybe in a few months time I will be in the papers and talking to good old Katie Couric and maybe even be able to buy some new shoes.
But, Mr. Dealer-man has moved and so I'm left between a rock and a hard place. AGAIN!
If I had a point to this editorial it's that there's some ass holes in government who think marijuana is evil and leads to eating babies and stabbing goats. Well, I say if it was good enough for George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, it's probably good enough for me. After all, in George Washington's day they didn't have Walgreen's and they certainly didn't have Tylenol.
God damnit! I'm in pain. I'm about to bust out in unexplained tears. I wish I could feel better.
You guys out there smoking ten joints a day, you guys with that big plant in the basement, you guys who have ounces out the ying-yang, be thankful. Be happy. Enjoy. There really are people out there who are worse off.Maybe one day there will be a change in the weather and those idiot knuckleheads in Washington will wake up and smell the coffee. Maybe it's possible that Senator Shithead and Congressman Buttwipe will come to their senses on this issue before it's too late.
Marijuana is not evil. It is a plant that heals.----------------From: todd737@...High Everyone,
Yes, I was 'released' on Dec. 10th, though I'm forced
to stay in a halfway house until I find a new house,
which should be rather soon. After that I'll be onhome confinement till May 19th, which is my actual
release date from the bureau of prisons. Because of
over crowding the are putting everyone in a halfway
house for 10% of their sentence (up to 6 months).
I can be reached at; todd737@...
I have seen some of the postings after the sentencing
of Imler, the LA Times reported correctly that:
"Prosecutors credited the men with helping them
investigate a separate drug case, in which a Bel-Air
man tried unsuccessfully to use a medicinal marijuana
defense."
While I can't go into detail now, I will finally be
able to tell my side of this tragic mess that led to
the untimely death of Peter McWilliams.
I have seen some people try to claim that Imlers
lenient sentence was a victory for the medical
marijuana movement, I only wish it were true. What we
have witnessed is a common situation in regards to
individuals who cooperate with the federal government
and assist them in the prosecution of others. This has
been going on throughout the entire drug war, it's
just that most of the time we do not get the Chance to
bear witness to it because it happens behind closed
doors with no interest from the press. His sentence of
probation had nothing to do with community support orhow the club was run, it had only to do with
cooperation.
One thing I really noticed while in prison was that
the real criminals do not go to prison, they send
others in their place, usually people that were way
lower on the ladder and would not cooperate in turning
in others.
I was not at all punished for growing medical
marijuana; I was punished for being loyal to my
friends and not the DEA. Because I would not cooperate
I went to prison, but in all reality, I'm proud I did.
I had an amazing time, in many ways and was blown away
with the overwhelming support I received from the
community, both out of and inside prison, if you were
one of the many people who took the time to write, let
me again thank you very much, you really kept my
spirits up and mind focused, I would have had a much
harder time without you.
I would like to put out a little HELP WANTED ad;
I need to redo my web sites, the man who was helping
me out was Ray Simon, who also managed Michael Moore's
site, sadly he passed away of cancer. So I need a web
master who will work at a really low rate or free for
the time being.
I have to tackle; toddmccormick.com and ahemp.org
I'm currently working on pulling together Artists
Helping End Marihuana Prohibition / AHEMP, and also
writing a 'How to navigate federal prison book for
inmates' as they need it. Anyone interested in
assisting with either project please feel free to
e-mail me. The prisoners handbook will be distributed
free to prisons once completed. So assistance with
layout, editing, printing and distribution would be
readily accepted.
I wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season. Please zap me
a line if you would like to reconnect.
Peace, Hope and Hempyness,
Todd McCormick

Valerie Mojeiko, Membership and Sales Coordinator, MAPS
Dear Valerie:
I am a lapsed member of many years. I am supported by my parents to be a student. My family is threatening to cut me off if I don't see a new psychiatrist they have chosen, I don't know him and have never seen him. They refuse to let me go to two psychiatrists I have worked with in the past, Dr. Robert Newport and Dr. Lisa Fine. Dr. Newport is a psychedelic psychiatrist, giving LSD therapy. I have called some NORML, Deadhead, and Hog Farm Family lawyers to ask if I have to see this psychiatrist, and I am interested in your opinion.
Can you tell me about transpersonal psychology and harm reduction psychotherapy; perhaps my family would be willing to have me do these. They've hired a psychiatric social worker, Pete Linnett, director of the Life Adjustment Team in Culver City to give me the money from my trust fund and my live-in girlfriend of 12 years money from her parents. I told him that I had a friend from the Hog Farm (I lived on their commune in Llano, New Mexico for a year after I met them while they were doing Security at Woodstock, and I later hung out with them in Berkeley and Laytonville) Tina Kimmel, whose mother was a prominent politician in Los Angeles, who had gotten involved in Radical Psychology and Primal Therapy, how about those?
I said Primal Therapy had been popularized by John Lennon. His secretary beamed but he stonewalled. He said Radical Psychology was "off the wall." I had looked at the site the night before; it was anti-psychiatry. He said, "Where did you hear of it?"
I said, "They have a website." He said, "You can tell me what it says." I said, "You can read it." At a previous meeting he blurted out the words,"Locked up," twice. I laughed it off for a long time, but it's scary.
I told him yesterday I was going to follow Ken Babbs, Mountain Girl, George Walker and the Merry Pranksters (skypilotclub.com), the Grateful Dead, (my old Hog Farm friend of 30 years, Richie Shirley in San Rafael, is married to Andrea, who worked in the Gratefuld Dead office), the Hog Farm (I''ve met Dr. Larry Brilliant, the founder of SEVA, Wavy, Jahanera, Dr. Patch Adams, and Ram Dass)(Pete made fun of Ram Dass last week), Stewart Brand and the Whole Earth Magazine, The Jefferson Starship, the Rainbow Family, High Times, and Rolling Stone.
A couple times Pete has talked on the phone in my presence about giving people psychiatric medications, and (as if they refuse)
"injections". The Radical Psychology website and mindfreedom.org talk about "people being cajoled into forced drugging". I went regularly to Dr. Lisa Fine, for at least a year. She was giving me the same Desyrl, Risperdal, and Loreazepam that had been prescribed by Dr. Pirelli-Minetti of Bakersfield while I had attended Cal State Bakersfield. I missed my last appointment with Dr. Fine (with whom I have a very positive relationship, though we've never discussed recreational drug use)
before I went to the Rainbow Gathering in Utah this summer with my friend Doug, where I shroomed twice.
I got in touch with the natural cycles (I was waking up at sunrise) and when I got home I found that I was able to sleep without the Loreazepam, which I was taking for insomnia. I'd taken sleeping pills for years. I'd always told myself that I only went to psychiatrists for the sleeping pills. I'd asked Dr. Grossman, a general practicioner at UCLA for them, and he'd said he couldn't, ask Dr. Fine. Dr. Newport was calling in sleeping pill prescriptions for me after he stopped seeing me because my sister, the trustee of my trust fund, refused to pay him anymore.
She told me that he had gotten in trouble or lost his license or something like that, she saw it in the newsapaper, because he was prescribing without seeing the patients. I called information for his number yesterday and he is no longer listed in Santa Cruz or in Los Angeles, where he had two offices. I am going to call Bruce Eisner of the Island Institute in Santa Cruz, who referred me to him, on Monday, and see if I can find him.
Since I no longer needed the Loreazepam for sleep, and still need no sleeping medication to this day, I decided not to waste the time going back to Dr. Fine, and to discontinue the Desyryl and Risperdal on my own. Dr. Fine and I had discussed this before and she had said she was going to taper me off. I feel better without the psychiatric medications.
My sister's husband, Jonathan Aronson, my brother-in-law, also the trustee of my trust fund, said I had to go back to Dr. Fine and take the medication or I wouldn't get my weekly allowance. My family always scares me by threatening to cut me off, but they never do. I told my sister I had called Dr. Fine and left a message for her to call me, which wasn't true. I read that Jerry Garcia, when asked to do something, would always agree and then not do it.
Then my sister came over and asked me to see this new guy Pete Linnett. I said I'd call him, but didn't. Laurie Senit, my girlfriend of twelve years (we have two apartments close together) came over with Pete. They wanted me to come with them to his office and I said no, I didn't feel well. He insulted my electric guitar and amplifier and left. A few days later Laurie said, "Let's go out for breakfast in my car." Instead she drove me to Pete's office. I decided that, since I was there, I would try to work with him.
My family did the same thing to get me started with Dr. Lisa Fine. My parents came down to my sister's house in Bel-Air, as they do every Thanksgiving, and called me and said they were coming over to take me to my sister's house for Thanksgiving dinner. Joan, my sister, with my parents instead drove me to Dr. Fine's office, where they had an appointment. I knew nothing about this in advance; I didn't know we were going there. I agreed there to see Dr. Fine and saw her for at least as year, and would be glad to see her now; we get along very well, and have a very positive relationship. She is a wonderful, caring doctor and person. If I saw her now I would be willing to resume the Desyryl and Risperdal.
One meeting with Laurie, me and Pete, she told him that she thought I should take the medications from Dr. Fine. I said I would, and Pete said, "If you go back to Dr. Fine, and she tells me on the phone that you are taking the medications, I will help you get a car." I called Dr. Fine, and she left a message saying, "Come to the meds seminar Friday at 2, and they will give you an appointment." On Friday I checked in and they said, "It's almost 2. At two the woman came out and said, "They've closed your case so we can't see you today. You will need to call your case manager, Sylvia Adams. I called Syvia and left a message, and she called back, but I haven't called her yet because my phone's been down for a week.
At a next meeting at Pete's office (he makes me come in at arbitrary times to pick up portions of my allowance), without Laurie,
Pete asked me to make an appointment with a new psychiatrist, and I said no. I said I would like to go back to Dr. Fine, and said that I had already contacted her and been to her office once. He said, "They see you infrequently and don't follow up. Go to this new doctor." I said, "You said if I went back to Dr. Fine and if she told you on the phone that I was taking my meds, that you would help me get a car." He said, "I didn't say that. I said that I would work on getting you a car." I said, "That was the only reason I was going to see Dr. Fine." I said, "How about Dr. Newport? Joan doesn't like him, but he's a good doctor." He stonewalled me.
Yesterday Laurie and I were in Pete's office and I told him that I was going to go see Dr. Fine. He said, "I've made an appointment with psychiatrist Dr. X (which I had previously refused) and we are going to go together. I talked to your sister, and she said I should withold the money." I agreed to go. I wasn't sure if he was referring to my weekly allowance, which I've gotten for 16 years, or the payment for Dr. Dave, the UCLA cardiologist with whom he spoke on the phone. I have Blue Cross health insurance, but my sister and brother-in-law have always paid any extra medical bills for years; I had two angioplasties and a colon resection at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. I asked him, "Couldn't I go back to Dr. Fine? She's working with me on my memory." He yelled, "No, you cannot go back to Dr. Fine. But you can have her call me."
I just called lawyers Lloyd Crenna (from Vincent, Patrick, Terence, and Michael Hallinan in San Francisco, Ken Kesey's lawyers, who I retained in 1976 and wanted to sue my parents-I thought later I should have), Bruce Margolin, head of LA NORML and State Senate Candidate, and Deadhead friend John Franklin. I asked them all if I have to go see this new psychiatrist with Pete. So far just Bruce has called. He said, "You don't have to do anything you don't want to." What do you think?
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely yours,
Eric Abrahamson
****!!!IBOGAINE TREATMENT NOW $1500 IN HOLLAND--CALL SARA, 0113134-624-1770 !!!****From: bcalabrese@...Hi all, I just stopped oxycontin after about 6 months. As many know I was previously treated with ibogaine for addiction, though not for opiate addiction, I am also a chronic pain patient. There were no "slips", no drug thoughts, no cravings, in the end I had become immune (?) to even withdrawal. When the pain eased up I had no choice but to stop, better than some other choices I have made.
A quick rundown of what happened.
Started on 90mg morphine a day - that sucked.
Went to oxycontin 20mg twice a day, it was to much and too little med - it didn't last 12 hours as it should
Switched to 10mg three times a day (my choice, the most conservative choice given to me), a little minor withdrawal but then had problems every 6-8 hours, the medication did not last and I was in minor withdrawal 3 times a day for 2 hours each. Normally not a problem except I would get irriationally irritable at times There were other problems like sleeping on oxycontin, tried ristoril, tried valium, neither was any help to sleep and no problems. I also take valium 1/4th a 5mg at a time during cluster attacks along with pain meds.
Contacted the doctors office to switch to 10mg 4 times a day and ran into a communication problem, so I discontinued the oxy for 2 weeks - withdrawal was not too bad once I landed on my feet, that transition from medicated to non-medicated really
sucked.
Started oxy again to 10mg 4 times a day, often 1 or 2 1/2 perc along with it (2.5mg oxycodone). FYI, I only take 1/2 perc at a time, even during or after detoxing though my tolerence is obviously a bit lower right after/during detoxing, but in the end not by much.
As is my style I use very little immediate release (perc) except for periodic attacks, then I ramp up the dose. I was well over 100mg a day oxycodone/oxycontin once for an extended period, the day the pain broke I was down to a normal dose, and withdrawal about 2.5-3 hours a day 4 times a day - the 10mg wouldn't hold. I did not buffer the dosage, just dropped, zero cravings. It was after this that it got easier to skip a dose, I had become somewhat desensitized to skipping.
Several times I forgot to dose, usually an evening pill. Initially I would wake up covered in sweat/weak as a baby...After a while I could just skip a dose (or 2) without even minor withdrawal symptoms, just barely noticable. So in the end, any mood swings or irritability near my mediction time just didn't happen, neither did any withdrawal. It wasn't even a thought, all I had to do was not remember to take the next pill, no ibo in over a year. Instead of having a few days of minor withdrawal and about a week of post-acute (like I had off 30mg and dropping from over 100mg to 40mg) withdrawal, I got this glow - like a mild ibogaine glow. This is the 3rd time in my life that happened w/o ibogaine, each after long periods without doing ibo and with some elevation involved. It was ikely the 2nd most liberating experience of my life, after quitting smoking. I may as well be "cured" for all practical purposes as long as I don't repeat the thoughts and behavior any medication is safe. I just can't get high, think about getting high, think about not getting high, planning not to get high, how to keep myself safe from getting high or planning to get high - to me it is all the same, thinking about getting high.Once in a while grit my teeth against the pain meds if the pain drops off and I have a load of meds on-board, not sit back and enjoy a free buzz (yuck actually, nasty dry pasty mouth from the oxy).
Advice for anyone needing to use pain meds, yes you can do it but be real with yourself. Every pill I take goes after the thought "will it help", sometimes I have to tell myself to take something, or that another won't make it better. Easy does it, break the pills in 1/2 and take them twice as often if need be, or even 20 minutes after the first 1/2. Keep away from spiking blood levels of your favorite drug, I mean pain medication, take 1/2 pill and let it work, DO NOT RUSH IT.. I take a lot of pain, all I try to do with the pain meds is make it livable rather than squash the pain and all feelings with it. Oxycontin (or whatever dope) is a mood/mind altering drug, for sure. I had to seperate the drug from me, understand there will be side effects. For instance when first habituated I misplaced my pain meds (OH NO!!!!!), and had to accept the fact that once one is "habituated" it is unnerving to misplace meds - a very natural thingie, it is not "DRUG SEEKING BEHAVIOR" as in addiction, it was "OK", or mood swings - the dosing was NOT smooth, feeling LOW on meds also tended to follow pain levels - more pain, the more felt need for dope in a drug sort of way vs a pain sort of way (yes, there was pain too). I ignored everything except pain and didn't do things like try to operate a motor vehicle while in withdrawal (bad idea, on oxy or morhpine was fine, but not drug sick, talk about road rage!). In the end I had my mind made up, there will be no playing around (and wasn't), and if there was a problem, there is always my get out of addiction free card, ibogaine. It wasn't like I had a choice, I needed the meds and now I don't - still taking some perc but very at-ease with it these days, mostly on "automatic".Pretty much everything I do is exactly what a drug addict wouldn't do, and it feels that way. It feels wonderful to be off the oxy, really amazingly wonderful. I am glad I didn't listen to a lot of well meaning advice, followed what I knew I had to do. The last thing people in 12 step meetings wanted to hear was "I have it figured out, I can safely take XXXX", taking it as a license ot "use", it was not even with the meds in my body. There was more than once early on I grit my teeth against the medication (ie if the pain dropped off), I wouldn't allow myself to enjoy it. That happened on the first 20mg oxycontin, for about 5 minutes - we will have none of that (nodding/yumming...), then the pain hit anyway. If you are going to take meds, stuff like this is going to happen, try to stay under the pain and not stomp it out with more meds (dope), a little goes a long way and a lot doesn't take away much more pain.
So, NO BIG DEAL - in the end I wasn't even habituated when I was "habituated", there was no demoralization of the spirit, the drug did not and never will have me, never again. Having to do this it does not resemble addiction in any way though it was little unnerving at times, in the beginning. Also DO NOT LISTEN to people who fail at doing this, all they will tell you is that they failed and so will you (cuz u r an addict), not what I needed to hear, doom and gloom... great! and they never got past this wasn't a choice, I had to be fooling myself cause I was an addict like them - obviously I am not. Odds are that sometime in your life you will have a broken bone, need some sort of heavy dental work, injury or surgery. I find most abstinance folks to have their head in the sand, and promptly relapse when reality hits the fan, one receptor load away from a relapse I guess.

To the Presiding Judges in the case of Sara Glatt
Your Honours
I wish to make it known to the court that I am a supporter of the pioneering work of Sara Glatt in the treatment of serious addiction problems, in particular with regard to the use of cannabis as an adjunct to rapid & effective recovery.
Ms Glatt's work has been recommended to me by many people. Those who I have met who have been through her treatment show a degree of change I would not have thought possible. In particular a young New Yorker named Adam Clayton who was captured by heroin. He was grey, uneasy and withdrawn yet two weeks later after Ms Glatt's treatment Adam was clear eyed, pink skinned and very much alive. I am convinced this treatment offers a real solution to those addicted to opiates and other addictive substances. I gather from Mr Clayton that cannabis was of great help with the treatment.
I want you to know that I feel very strongly that Sara should not be in any way prevented or obstructed from continuing with her literally life-saving work, and that I consider it a travesty that in such a tolerant and open country like the Netherlands she is even accused of being a criminal. Her work deserves support and recognition, not censure and I would like to ask the court to make a decision which reflects this.
Please feel free to contact me if necessary.
Yours faithfully
Shane Collins

The Green Party of England and WalesFrom: andreas.stasta@...Actually, the restriction of Iboga and IbogaineHCL is Denmark is already
effective since the 03.12.2003.
Following is the English translation from the ELDD(European legal database
on drugs (www.eldd.emcdda.eu.int):
"DENMARK: Ibogain added to list of controlled substances (05/12/2003)
Following a recommendation of The National Board of Health concerning
tabernanthe iboga and ibogain (12-methoxyibogamin), the Danish Minister for
the Interior and Health has decided to add the mentioned plant and substance
to the Danish list of controlled plants and substances.
Consequently, the Minister has signed the Executive Order amending the
Executive Order on Euphoriant Substances which has entered into force on 3
December 2003. Tabernanthe iboga and ibogain (12-methoxyibogamin) may now
only be used for medical or scientific purposes. The Executive Order is available on the ELDD website."
The ELDD-Site is actually really interesting for it contains all legal texts
about drugs from EU-countries and EU-candidate Countries, and also provide
texts about general drug-policy trends. They also have a email-newsletter
that keeps you informed about legal changes.

>>From: crownofthorns@...Thanks for this information bro. If this is the case, then how is it
that indra.dk is still online and selling ibogaine extract? Or have they
now stopped?
Do you know what led to it being scheduled?
The phrase 'may now only be used for medical or scientific purposes'
still leaves a lot that is open to creative interpretation Even if
indra can't sell it from a web site anymore it doesn't sound that bad.
How bad is it? What do you have to do now to get ibogaine?
The question would be, if indra is now shut down where do you go to get
indra?
Many thanks for the info bro!
Peace out,
CurtisFrom: sara119@...The answer is they moved to another country and still sell it online. From: HSLotsof@...
