MK Advocates is dedicated to assisting survivors of mission school abuse, by providing a supportive environment for personal sharing and resource referral.

Survivors of mission school abuse have incorporated that experience into their adult lives in many ways. For some, it is a long-past series of events that they don't particularly want to re-visit. For others, the aftermath continues to intrude into the trajectory of their lives in some manner. This experience has impacted the lives of many missionary parents, as well.

This list is intended to provide a way for survivors and their parents. to interact with each other -- for personal support as well as to point others to helpful resources.

MK Advocates is a project of MK Safety net, which -- in addition to providing survivor support -- also has a vision for seeing mission agencies lovingly embracing and assisting in the healing of MKs who were abused while in mission schools, and helping those agencies prevent future abuse.
