HERE ARE SOME ANSWERS TO SOME QUESTIONS FROM OUR VIEWERS
Gosselin Family FAQ
1. Contrary to popular belief, none of our kids have been given a college
scholarship nor are there any funds set up in any accounts to pay for college!!!
That is another area where we are trusting the Lord to provide when that time
comes!!!!! Scary, but necessary!!!!! :)
2. Jon is half Korean which makes our kids a quarter Korean as we like to
say!
3. Our kids DO have grandparents, but none that are involved in our daily
lives.
4. We are nondenominational Christians and currently attend a
wonderful Assembly of God church "back home."
5. We are planning to write a book about organization in a large family and
one that includes recipes for a large family... since sooo many have asked.
Stay tuned...
6. YES!!! More episodes are being made ALL the time... the new episodes on
Discovery Health Channel (DHC) will air starting in the Fall 2007.
7. The bibs our kids use are called DuraBibs and they are manufactured
by Dexproducts. Here is their Link: www.dexproducts.com
8. How do we spend only $150 per week on groceries for a family of ten? We
spend that much ONLY at one store. In other words, due to editing, it seems that
we only spend that much period...not entirely true! I shop at discount stores
locally (great source of organic foods extremely well priced) as well as at
Sam's club every other month or so. We also do not buy our meat at the grocery
store. We buy it in bulk at organic wholesale places. Bottom line: We pay as
little as possible for organic/nutritious foods for our family because it is
important to us! I really can't say what it avererages per month
total......maybe between 600-800 per month? Hard to say!
9. We drive a 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500 passenger van. After extensive
research we purchased our van in 2005. For specs and descriptions click on the
following link: http://www.dodge.com/en/2007/sprinter/
10. Go to www.emtannerdesigns.com or www.socoolmom.com for all the t-shirts
and plates with names on them.
11. Our carseats are manufactured by RADIAN.
